Vinyasa Yoga means to arrange something in a special way. Each lesson weaves yoga poses with mindful breathing to leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed to take on whatever the world presents! Yoga mats and blocks are available. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to sweat a little. This small group class accommodates 6 yogis.
