Yoga classes are all included in the monthly membership program. Yoga classes can be also be attended as a “drop-in” session for $12 or with a punch-pass card ($75/8 classes). Yoga classes are taught by Yoga Alliance Registered (RYT-230) yoga teacher Heather Felty, who has practiced and studied Yoga for over 25 years.

Vinyasa Yoga means to arrange something in a special way. Offered throughout the week, at various times of day, each 60-minute yoga class weaves yoga poses with mindful breathing to leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and ready to take on whatever the world presents! Yoga mats and blocks are available. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to sweat a little. IPU small group classes accommodate six yogis at a time. Yoga classes are offered as an all-levels class, with modifications provided.


New to yoga or never tried it? This class is for you!
Learn some basic yoga poses that will open your body, your mind, and your soul! You’ll learn proper alignment for YOUR body and become comfortable to step into an all-levels yoga class. 
Inner Peace University is a non-intimidating environment, and the limited class size (6 participants) makes beginner classes even more inviting!
Come see all the goodness that yoga has to offer! Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are provided, just wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely. 


Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that originated in ancient India. More than just stretching, yoga provides a calmness of mind while practicing breathing techniques. Chair Yoga is for individuals who would like to try yoga but might be worried that their impared physical abilities will limit them. If you can sit in a chair, you can do chair yoga! Not all poses are done in a chair, but anyone who is worried about getting up from and down to the floor or who is balance-challenged will find this chair yoga practice a great way to bring together their physical, mental, and spiritual sides.
